Viccarbe works with designers including Piero Lissoni, Patricia Urquiola, John Pawson, Jasper Morrison, Naoto Fukasawa, Jaime Hayon, Vincent Van Duysen, Jean-Marie Massaud and Ludovica Serafini with Roberto Palomba. Their individual approaches are recognisable, yet each project is translated into the restrained, functional language of the brand.

Several pieces illustrate this balance particularly well. John Pawson’s Trestle tables reduce the structure to a clear architectural frame and are available in dimensions suited to homes, offices and hospitality spaces. Patricia Urquiola’s Burin family turns a sculptural central base into a highly configurable table system, while Jaime Hayon’s Aleta collection extends from dining chairs and stools to executive and lounge seating. These are not isolated statement pieces, but product families able to move through an entire interior.

Production takes place in Spain, with attention given to the durability required in intensively used spaces. Products are tested to European and American contract standards, and the collection is supported by a ten-year factory warranty. This combination of design authorship and verified performance makes Viccarbe particularly relevant for offices, hotels, restaurants, airports, retail environments and healthcare projects, where appearance and long-term reliability carry equal weight.

The outdoor collection follows the same architectural restraint, using resistant materials and finishes to extend meeting, dining and relaxation areas beyond the interior. Rather than treating outdoor furniture as a separate decorative category, Viccarbe approaches terraces, courtyards and open-air work areas as a continuation of the spaces used throughout the day.

Environmental information is increasingly integrated into the way the collection is specified. Viccarbe publishes independently verified Environmental Product Declarations for a growing selection of seating and tables, providing measurable information about carbon footprint, water consumption and recyclability throughout the product life cycle. The company places durability at the centre of this approach, designing furniture to remain in use for as long as possible.

In 2025, Viccarbe received Spain’s National Design Award in the Design and Business category, the country’s highest recognition in this field. The jury highlighted the company’s ability to combine design, innovation, quality and environmental responsibility while maintaining a distinctly Valencian identity and an international outlook.
